I seem to be the last hp fan on earth who hasn't read the book yet.
And I have to wait for a couple of more weeks to be able to buy it.

Meanwhile, I'm thinking two things.
One, maybe I will continue this journal. I went through some old posts yesterday. It was fun and I kinda miss the people. Hello people)
Two, I think I'll finish my hp-tarot project and try to get rid of it) Maybe not sell, but exchange. If someone would like that. And if I would. Dunno. |

Hiya)
I should be more polite, but oh well, straight to the point.
I haven't updated this place in a while and I'm sorry to say I probably won't update it again any time soon.
There are many reasons for this, but the main one is probably that I'm too busy with my original art to keep up with fandom. That doesn't mean I love the books less or that I like you less, but I've changed a lot and my priorities tell me to choose paths.
I'm still eager to communicate and I'm available for.. well, for anything via mail or comments or wherever else you want me to respond if you'll feel like keeping in touch with me. I also got my leakycauldron gallery and if (and when, most likely) I'll have new art, it'll be posted there. Maybe I'll participate in some interesting project once in a while or do some illustration or a giftart piece, but generally I'm out of here and I feel that you should be warned. I'm not deleting the journal, so if I'll ever want to come back, I will )
It's been a fantastic year, guys, and I had a lot of fun; thank you for the comments and feedback and all those great virtual dialogues, I hope you'll enjoy TEH BOOK and the movies, I know I'll surely do. Sorry for my English and all the pathos <3 I'm sending a ray of happiness to every one and a special thanks to ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) mneomosyne (for being the most fantastic woman in the world ♥)

It finally stopped snowing around here, the snow melted away, and now it smells and looks like spring. Today is the last day of winter.
So, something new, but not too fancy. Two pictures of Tonks with Lupin as a wolf, a doodle of Dumbledore, and a doodley portrait of Snape.

The reason I'm writing this is because I'm gonna dissapear for a couple of weeks again. I have a lot of studying to do and art to create, so I probably won't do fanart (even muggles will soon start sending me owls with howlers so I would get to work). If I will, I'll post.
The things I'm gonna do behind the cut:
a. Apologize for not answering comments;
b. Talk about some differences between English-speaking and Russian hp-fandoms;
c. Link to one great fanartist;
d. Show you some userpics that were made out of my art;

So this must be the end of my HPQFAC project. Five pics altoghether, not satisfied at all. I expected it to be more fun, doing sponsors' requests and stuff, really making something together with people who, too, are a part of this. Guess it didn't work out, I lacked imagination and inspiration and feedback and whatnot. However, it was for the worthy cause, so I'm not gonna sit here sulking. I've got so many plans - to make this journal good-looking and to fix the tags, to accept an invitation to the Leaky gallery, to finish the Tarot & Calendar projects, to paint everything that I've planned, to finish some unfinished stuff, to experiment with mediums and so on. It just seems that I'll have to take the long way, combining this with my studying and dollmaking.
I am, indeed, very lazy, but I feel hopeful, and this is what counts. |
